Cut off the handles from the gift bag. You can use any gift bag with a design that catches your eye.
Cut the gift bag to desired size and place under the clear plastic cover.
Put the plastic frame together by sliding it over the edges of the bag. If there is no hook, glue a soda tab on the back of the frame for easy hanging.
All together this costs about $5 and it takes just minutes to create!
