This is pretty easy to follow. Not the shape of the text boxes are round. They are also shaped differently to display emotion.

Here is a better example of the shape of the text boxes. You can see that they have sharp edges signifying that she's yelling and upset or angry.

Note that the black lines u see everywhere are actually Japanese words signifying sounds such as ha ha ha as laughing or harsh breathing from running.
